Home base and the towns around it
We're based in Old Hickory, working out from the Village along Robinson Road, Hadley Avenue, and the streets near Rayon Drive, then out to the towns that share our lake or our river. That covers Hermitage to the south along Old Hickory Boulevard, Donelson further along toward the airport, Madison across the Cumberland, Hendersonville on the far side of the lake in Sumner County, Mount Juliet to the east in Wilson County, and Lakewood tucked in between us and Madison.
We don't treat any of these as a stretch trip with a surcharge attached - if it's on this list, it's regular territory and priced the same way as a job three streets from our own front door.
What changes from town to town, and what doesn't
The stumps themselves vary a lot across this area - century-old white oak and elm in the Village, sloped lakefront banks in Hendersonville, fencerow black walnut on new-build lots in Mount Juliet, tight postwar side yards in Donelson. What doesn't change is how we price and how we clean up: one number based on the actual stump and access, and a yard you can mow when we leave, no matter which town it's in.
