The stump is a covenant problem before a landscaping one
Brandywine Pointe was established in 1991 on the Old Hickory Lake shoreline and it runs as a proper association: monthly dues in the region of a hundred fifty-five to a hundred ninety-five dollars, covenants, and a board that pays attention. Unglamorous and considerably harder: wet root plates in loose material with a slope behind them. Worth telling us which of the two you have, because they price nothing alike.

Does the HOA have to sign off on grinding a stump?
Usually not for one inside your own lot line, but check the covenant before booking. Some boards want notice of any contractor work and a few want insurance on file.
